Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

Author Guidelines

The writing or manuscript is original, has never been published in other print media. The manuscript is the author's work originating from the results of community service in Indonesia which examines the actual problems that develop in the community. Scientific writing uses standard Indonesian, every foreign word is searched for its equivalent in standard Indonesian, and does not need to include a foreign language. Sentences taken from scientific writings in foreign languages ​​are translated into standard Indonesian. The contents of the article are entirely the responsibility of the author but the Editor has the right to edit editorially without changing the meaning and the Editor has the right to refuse or return manuscripts that do not meet the requirements.

  1. Manuscripts are typed in 1 (one) space using Ms. Word (Font Century Schoolbook, size 10), single column, with a minimum word count of 3500-7000 words or 20 pages of A4 paper (includes pictures, tables, illustrations, and bibliography), with a typing limit of 2.5 cm left and right while the top and bottom 3 cm.
  2. The submitted manuscript is a manuscript sourced from community service activities or as a result of the application of service learning methods in the community.
  3. It is not allowed to submit manuscripts that are being considered by other publication media
  4. The manuscript must consist of: Title Author and affiliation, Abstract and keywords in English and Indonesian, Introduction (including: Background of the Problem and focus of the problem), Implementation Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and RecommendationsThank-you note, Bibliography.
  5. Manuscripts must be written according to the journal template provided and sent via OJS Journal SHARE
  6. Letter of acceptance of the article will be given to the author when there is certainty that the manuscript can be further processed for publication.
  7. Manuscripts that are rejected will receive a written notification from the Editorial Board, including the reasons for the rejection.
  8. Authors whose manuscripts are published will receive 1 copy of the SHARE Journal in hardcopy. If the author needs more than 1 copy, you can contact the SHARE Journal manager.
