The SHARE journal applies the following review process mechanism:

1. Each manuscript submitted by the author will be reviewed by the editor to ensure that it is a "community outreach" text (not research), the suitability of the template and the percentage of plagiarism. The results of the review are submitted to the author as soon as possible so that improvements can be made according to the provisions.

2. Manuscripts that have been revised by the author, by the Editor are sent to the Reviewer for substantial review. The duration of time required ranges from 2 – 3 weeks. This review process is carried out in a single blind manner with consideration of the guarantee of the reviewer's expertise and time efficiency. The results of the review are submitted to the author as soon as possible so that improvements can be made according to the provisions and notes provided by the reviewer, either in the form of direct comments on the manuscript or on the article assessment form.

3. Substantial revisions that have been made by the author will be re-checked by the Editor to ensure the author's commitment and consistency in making revisions according to the reviewer's request.

4. The decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript is the authority of the Editor-in-Chief, taking into account the notes from the Reviewers and the quality of the manuscript revision by the author.

Pada jurnal SHARE diberlakukan mekanisme proses review sebagai berikut:

1. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan oleh penulis akan dilakukan review redaksional oleh Editor untuk memastikan sebagai naskah abdimas (bukan penelitian), kesesuaian template dan prosentase plagiasi. Hasil review disampaikan kepada penulis sesegera mungkin agar bisa dilakukan perbaikan sesuai ketentuan.

2. Naskah yang sudah direvisi oleh penulis, oleh Editor dikirimkan kepada Reviewer untuk dilakukan review substansial. Durasi waktu yang dibutuhkan kisaran 2 – 3 minggu. Proses review ini dilakukan secara single blind dengan pertimbangan jaminan kepakaran reviewer dan efisiensi waktu. Hasil review disampaikan kepada penulis sesegera mungkin agar bisa dilakukan perbaikan sesuai ketentuan dan catatan yang diberikan oleh Reviewer, baik berupa komentar langsung pada naskah atau pada form penilaian artikel.

3. Revisi substansial yang sudah dilakukan oleh penulis akan dilakukan checking kembali oleh Editor untuk memastikan komitmen dan konsistensi penulis dalam melakukan revisi sesuai permintaan Reviewer.

4. Keputusan tentang penerimaan atau penolakan naskah menjadi kewenangan Ketua Editor, dengan tetap mempertimbangkan catatan dari Reviewer dan kualitas perbaikan naskah oleh penulis.
